FRA-BER Spumone Self Extreme Active Foam 25 kg is a professional X Line hybrid pre-wash product developed for self-service car washes, manual foam systems and touchless vehicle washing.
This is the “Extreme” version, designed for situations where higher cleaning power and dense, long-lasting foam are required. The product helps quickly soften and remove road dirt, static grime, insect residues, contamination from plastic parts, rubber seals, wheels and vehicle body surfaces.
Spumone Self Extreme works as a universal pre-wash product in one solution. It can be used for bodywork, wheels and insect residues, helping save time, reduce the need for multiple products and simplify the washing process in self-service or professional car washes.
The product forms a hybrid active foam made of fine micro-bubbles. The foam adheres well to the surface and stays long enough for the cleaner to act on dirt. This helps improve touchless washing results and reduces the need for mechanical rubbing.
The formula contains anti-corrosion additives that help protect washed surfaces. The manufacturer states that the product contains no added NTA and no added sodium hydroxide, while the surface remains bright, glossy and clean after washing, with a light polished-effect appearance.
The product is fragrant, leaving a clean feeling after washing. The surfactants used in the formula meet biodegradability criteria according to Regulation EC 648/2004.

Use:
Before use, mix the product well with water according to the selected washing system and desired cleaning strength.
When using a foam system or foam lance, spray the product onto the vehicle surface from bottom to top. Allow the foam to act briefly so it can soften dirt, insect residues and static grime.
Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. After the working time, rinse thoroughly with water, preferably using high-pressure equipment. For better results, rinse evenly and use warm water if possible.
When using on wheels or insect residues, follow the stronger dilution ratios recommended by the manufacturer. Always rinse the surface thoroughly with water after use.
Note:
The product is not suitable for motorcycles. Do not use on hot surfaces and do not allow the product to dry. When using on dark, old or oxidised paint, it is recommended to cool the surface with water before spraying. Before use on sensitive or unknown surfaces, test in a less visible area. Follow the safety data sheet and equipment manufacturer’s recommendations during use.
