  • RUPES PROCUT Film Sanding Discs 150 mm, 50 pcs are professional PET film-backed sanding discs designed for efficient dry sanding, defect removal and surface preparation.

The 150 mm size is especially convenient for larger areas, automotive body panels, primer, painted surfaces, metal, plastic, composites, gelcoat, marine, aviation and industrial surfaces. It is a good choice for jobs where productivity, a stable sanding pattern and effective dust extraction are important.

The strong PET film backing gives the discs stability, tear resistance and resistance to edge wear. The film backing helps maintain a more consistent sanding result even during more intensive work.

RUPES PROCUT Film 150 mm sanding discs are designed for defect removal, surface preparation, levelling and further processing. They are suitable for automotive repair, paint preparation, industrial work, marine, aviation, metal, plastic, composite and gelcoat applications.

The 15-hole layout improves dust extraction when working with a sanding machine. This helps maintain cleaner contact between the disc and the surface, reduce clogging and achieve a more even result.

Precisely distributed abrasive grains ensure a controlled sanding pattern. The stearate coating reduces clogging, helps remove dust more effectively and extends disc service life.

The pack contains 50 sanding discs. Grit is selected in the product options, making it easy to choose the right abrasive for rougher sanding, intermediate sanding or finer surface preparation.

    Use:

Choose the correct grit according to the surface condition, defect depth and work stage. Attach the disc to a compatible sanding machine or backing pad. Use for dry sanding with dust extraction. Work evenly, avoid excessive pressure and check the result regularly. After sanding, remove dust and continue with a finer grit, paint preparation, polishing or another surface processing stage.

    Note:

Coarser grits remove material faster but leave more visible sanding marks. Finer grits are intended for surface levelling and preparation before further processing. Before using on sensitive, thin, non-standard or unknown surfaces, test first on a less visible area.
